Kate Morris

Kate is responsible for oversight of the healthcare services team in the West region, which provides brokerage, property management, lease administration and consulting activities to medical service providers and healthcare organizations. Kate has over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently she was responsible for oversight of Transwestern’s property management team in Phoenix with over 4 million square feet. She was a general manager for The RREEF Funds in Chicago. In Denver, Kate managed and leased property for Jones Lang LaSalle and directed the leasing and marketing efforts for Lowe Enterprises’ 1.5 million square foot portfolio. Kate began her career with AT&T as a transaction manager in their Corporate Real Estate Group. She has a broad range of industry knowledge in property management, leasing and sales, construction administration and marketing.
