Kate Davis

Kate Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 Cum Laude with dual degrees in Economics and English. At UGA, she was involved in several organizations, including the college newspaper the Red & Black, The Odyssey Newspaper, AthensScene Newspaper, the American Enterprise Institute (interning there in the summer), Kappa Kappa Gamma, and the Lone Star Charity Two-Step Committee (where she became Chairman). Kate joined Davis Holdings, L.P. in 2017 after three years of working for start-up software companies. Since joining Davis Holdings, L.P., Kate has focused on the entire Davis Holdings portfolio, and handles all leasing, marketing, and development. She has successfully lead and managed the redevelopment and releasing of three properties- Baybrook Terrace, Dashwood North, and 1500 McGowen. Kate brings her youthful entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and ambition to the Davis Holdings team.
