Kassidy Sevilla

Kassidy is a Director with Cook Commercial Partners, spearheading investment sales across the Southeastern Region of the country. She works exclusively with Healthcare/Medical Office net-leased investments, specializing in lease negotiation and the valuation, disposition and acquisition of real estate. She is results driven and takes pride in her ability to provide value to her clients by maximizing investment profits through creative real estate strategies. Her ultimate priority is to ensure her clients achieve their real estate objectives. Kassidy began her career in commercial real estate in 2009, and has worked within the brokerage, leasing, property management, and staffing sectors. Prior to joining Cook Commercial Partners, Kassidy successfully launched two new markets, from the ground up, for her previous employers specifically in the city of Chicago. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2019 with her Master of Science in Human Resources Management. When she is not working, Kassidy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new local restaurants, and any activity that will keep her active and outside!
