Kase Abusharkh is the founding principal of The Kase Group. He founded The Kase Group in 2006 and its predecessor in 2001. He has overseen the brokerage of thousands of net leased assets and several billion dollars of consideration for clients. Most recently, he served as the Chief Investment Officer for a publicly registered, non-traded REIT, American Realty Capital - Retail Centers of America, Inc. During his three year tenure as Chief Investment Officer, he helped successfully complete the $1.2 billion equity raise and oversaw the acquisition of over $1.5 billion worth of multi-tenant retail shopping center space. He concluded his time at American Realty Capital - Retail Centers of America, Inc. by successfully seeing through its merger with American Finance Trust Inc. to create a $4 billion diversified REIT, American Finance Trust Inc. eventually listed on NASDAQ.
