Karla Bennett

Karla brings 15 years of logistics and warehousing experience to Holt Lunsford. Karla will focus on project leasing, tenant representation, and assist her clients in acquisitions and dispositions in all aspects of the industrial sector including flex product. Prior to her real estate career, Karla worked as a landman in the oil & gas industry in Dallas and throughout Texas. Karla is a Texas A&M Graduate with a BS from the College of Agriculture and Life Science. Karla was born in Mexico and raised in Texas. She is bilingual with Spanish as her first language. Karla has a son and daughter. In her free time, Karla enjoys playing golf, tennis, and fishing. Karla is an active board member of the WTA at Bent Tree Country Club and is currently enrolled in the CRE Analyst program.
