Karl F. Sherry, a founding partner of the firm has personally negotiated the sale and lease of millions of square feet of space since forming Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 1990. Karl has exclusively represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and currently represents: National Grid Proctor & Gamble Narragansett Bay Insurance Ernst & Young Textron Fidelity Delta Dental Verizon Blue Cross Blue Shield RI CVS New York Life Revlon UBS MetLife University Orthopedics RBC Prior to forming Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, Karl had extensive experience in sales originally with the Campbell Soup Company and later as a National Sales Manager with the A.T. Cross Company. Karl is the Chair of the Board of Blackstone Health, Inc.; a former Chair of the Board of Directors of Delta Dental of Rhode Island and the Altus Group, Inc.; a member of the Board of Directors of the Pawtucket Boys & Girls Club; a former Chair of The Memorial Hospital Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of In-Sight; a former Director of the Pawtucket Foundation and a member of the Rhode Island Commodores. Karl has served in different capacities for various charitable organizations throughout Rhode Island including Chair of the LaSalle Academy Inaugural Scholarship Dinner. Karl has also served as an admissions advisor to Boston College where he graduated in 1977.
