Karina Weathers

Karina is an Associate Broker within JLL’s Land Advisory Services group, where she specializes in land acquisitions for owners, investors, and end-users. Her primary focus is identifying high-quality tracts with strong development potential and bringing them to market. By leveraging JLL’s market share, technology, and industry relationships, she is able to provide comprehensive real estate solutions to maximize her clients’ land value and achieve their real estate goals. Prior to joining JLL as an Associate in 2022, Karina worked for Caldwell Companies as a Transaction Coordinator. While there Karina drove property sale lifecycles for a value of over $90 million in commercial transactions from researching and marketing to closing and funding.
