Karen R. Tovar, MBA, comes from the corporate arena where she represented a worldwide hotel chain of sixty, 4 and 5 “star” hotel properties to national sales accounts specializing in the corporate and entertainment segments. She used her strong negotiating skills to barter arrangements with airlines and incentive gift companies. After leaving the corporate arena, she has transferred her expertise to the commercial real estate industry. Karen has listed and sold: land, new construction, existing sites, houses-turned-into commercial and Tenant/Landlord representation in the office/retail and warehouse sector. Karen has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for 20 years, of which 6 years in her own Real Estate Company—The Tovar Group, LLC.
