Karen Straus

Karen is a Senior Property Manager and brings 20 years of property management and real estate brokerage experience to the Wheelhouse Commercial team. Karen oversees the team that manages over 1.6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. She is involved in the budget creation and variance reporting, vendor contract negotiations, capital projects and tenant improvements. Prior to joining Wheelhouse Commercial, Karen managed a commercial portfolio of nearly 5 million square feet for a large Colorado-based developer. Karen holds a B.S. in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
