Karen Saul has more than 20 years experience in the HR/Benefits industry. She began her career at Kraft CPAs, where she quickly progressed to manager in the company’s specialized services division. The HR Group was formed in 1990 with Karen as its president. Her forte is designing and implementing benefit programs that save clients money while increasing employee satisfaction. Karen received a bachelor’s degree from David Lipscomb University and has a master’s degree in human resources development from Vanderbilt. She was honored by the National Alumni Association of David Lipscomb as the “Representative of the Decade – 1980” and received the “1999 Distinguished Alumnus Award” from David Lipscomb’s College of Business.
