Karen’s expertise covers a vast range of commercial real estate services including project leasing of shopping centers, tenant representation, big box disposition, investment sales, and asset management. Karen began her career in dispositions and asset management for Walmart Realty. While at DDR/Site Centers, she was responsible for a large retail portfolio encompassing 7 million square feet with a budget of $52 million, for assets located in 5 states. Karen’s success stems from her diligent service, negotiations and troubleshooting skills. She is responsive and devoted to her clients. Her market knowledge extends past North Texas to the Southeastern and Southwestern states.
