Karen Mikulski

Karen has been in the commercial retail real estate business for over 20 years. She started at Advantis GVA in 1997 where she was successful in leasing more than 1 million square feet of space, from strip centers to enclosed malls. Karen has been with TSCG since 1998, focusing on tenant representation as well as owner representation, leasing neighborhood, power and lifestyle centers. Karen’s list of tenant representation accounts includes such retailers as Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Bojangles, 7-11, Dunkin Donuts, Papa Murphy’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, AT&T, Panera Bread, Five Below, Jason’s Deli, Famous Footwear, Bassett Furniture, Rainbow Apparel, Advance Auto, Genghis Grill, Rita’s Water Ice, and Ruby Tuesday, among others. She also currently works with owners such as GLL, Lionheart, and Washington Prime. Karen holds active real estate licenses in Virginia and North Carolina. She is an active member of the ICSC and served on the committee for the Virginia ICSC.
