Karen Luckett has been helping Houstonians find their property since 2004. This real estate veteran began her extensive career in 2004 with Century 21 Hardee-Team Realty in Tomball, Texas and joined the Gary Greene team as part of the 2020 acquisition. She has worked across the Greater Houston area, and the Gulf Coast Region to include happy clients from Houston, League City, Kemah all the way out to Galveston Island, Texas. Her desire to be her clients’ first and best resource has led her to receive industry recognition and add credentials such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and e-PRO to her name. Before launching her real estate career, Karen worked in the administrative side of Jaguar Rolls Royce and Trane A/C, and after that she spent 12 years with a land surveying company in Spring, Texas. In this role she has dealt with the public and she has developed the people skills and technological skills needed in real estate that are helpful when listing houses online and following current local market trends that help her clients find their forever homes. Her diverse background in customer service roles has allowed her to build a strong network of clients and colleagues that prove to be helpful in a market where speed and industry knowledge are extremely important to fulfilling her clients’ needs. Karen is a fourth generation Texan who grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, before moving to Spring, Texas in 1994. Her passion for the City of Houston and a deep understanding of unique market trends has given her an edge over other agents. She is an agent that you want seated next to you at the closing table, she is her clients’ best advocate. She lives in Tomball with her husband and their family. Karen supports cancer research and the Wounded Warrior Project. When she’s not helping her clients, Karen enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors with her family and two German Shepherds.
