Karen joined the Behar Group in 2021 and looks forward to many exciting opportunities with existing and new clients throughout Canada. In addition to her work as a premier tenant advisor, she can also support her investor client needs through advisory and brokerage service for the purchase and sale of commercial properties. Karen Koenig started her career with some well-known, national and international fashion retailers such as Tommy Hilfiger and Mexx, seeing them through their rapid retail growth and expansion throughout Canada, handling their accounting, payroll, logistics and real estate (leasing and acquisitions) which allowed her to develop knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. As she grew and expanded her roles, Karen transitioned to Brokerage where over 10 plus years with CBRE, Cushman Wakefield, SRS and Paracom Realty, she refined her expertise in tenant representation and business and franchise development, assisting companies such as Mr Lube and Burger King to expand in the growing Toronto and Canadian markets.
