Karen King

Karen comes from a family of lifelong farmers and grew up right here in Arkansas just 10 mins from East End. She credits having done the hard work that farm life requires, with instilling a strong work ethic and integrity in her that translates to efficient, fair, and ethical service for her clients. Karen has been a member of the East End community for 18 years and has been a member of Grace Church for most of that time. Karen is a licensed broker with over 20 years of real estate experience. Having joined the Hope Valley team in 2022, she fills several roles including residential sales, commercial leasing, and management, and POA management. Other experience that contributes to her roles at Hope Valley include several years of retail experience, 5 years in insurance claims, over 11 years in HOA management, over 20 years of construction and project management, along with extensive training in contract negotiation. While experience is certainly key, Karen’s true passion is for the people. The homeowners, the clients, and the tenants; people are at the heart of Karen’s personal real estate business and at the heart of Hope Valley. Karen is passionate and determined to make Hope Valley the best place to live, shop, and dine, in or around East End while building lasting relationships along the way.
