Karen Higgins

Karen began her commercial real estate career in 1982 in property management and leasing in Lubbock for a real estate investment trust with multiple large shopping centers. In 2007, Karen shifted her focus to investment sales and quickly demonstrated her ability to track down properties to meet her clients objectives. She earned the coveted CCIM designation. Karen represents many investors and owners in obtaining and maintaining income on their properties. Karen has many clients who trust her as their commercial real estate adviser.
