Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM recently joined Resource Development Investment Properties as a Senior Director. In Kane’s 20+ year career in real estate she has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords and tenants on their dispositions, acquisition, analysis/valuation, market intelligence, site selection, and governmental regulations to maximize their goals and minimize costs. Kane’s transactional experience has been in all phases of a real estate cycle from raw land, to government entitlements, into developments of retail, office, multi-family and mixed use, and investment sales in multi-tenant assets along with single tenant net lease deals. She has worked with many 1031 exchanges following all guidelines to meet the client’s needs. A Central Florida native, Kane has witnessed the great Orlando area develop into an economically diverse community. She has successfully sold over $450 million in real estate assets over her career. Kane also prides herself in community and industry involvement. Kane chairs and organizes events for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Coalition for the Homeless, Take Stock in Children (Horizon’s Scholars) and more. Kane worked and became a partner of Colliers International for 15 years, then worked for several years as Senior Director of Investments for LandQwest Commercial and also B+E a new real estate start up focusing on STNL and 1031 Exchanges. Kane earned her Series 6 Security license and Variable Annuity, Life & Health Insurance license. She graduated from the University of Florida, specializing in Finance from the Warrington College of Business.
