Kandy joined the Bennett Williams team in 2022, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in real estate. Kandy previously worked as a top-producing agent in the State College market with Keystone Real Estate Group for approximately 9 years where she oversaw the property management efforts for a 2+ million square foot portfolio and grew the brokerage services by over 40 times. Over the years, Kandy has had the pleasure of working with Trader Joe’s, Lowes, Ulta, The Men’s Warehouse, Old Navy, Taco Bell, KFC, Sheetz, Geisinger Health System, and many national developers. To date, Kandy’s largest closed transaction was for Penn Highland Healthcare’s Hospital in State College. Kandy’s territory is primarily the North Central PA area where she is heading up the State College office for Bennett Williams. Kandy is a member of ICSC, Centre County Association of Realtors, West Branch Valley Association of Realtors, PAR, NAR, a certified home stager and a CCIM candidate.
