Since 2006 Kamil has attended Judicial/Sheriff auctions in Tri county region of Cook, Will and Dupage where on weekly basis Kamil analyzes the statistics of all Foreclosures in Chicagoland counties in order to measure the supply and demand and keeps his hand on the pulse on the current market trends so he can share the results with all of his clients.
