Kaitlyn is an Associate on Houston’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services group, providing agency leasing to investors and developers and tenant representation to healthcare and life science users throughout Texas. Her niche expertise has allowed her to provide strategized real estate solutions to clients such as Beacon Capital Partners and the Texas Medical Center. Since joining Transwestern in 2018, Kaitlyn has supported executive leadership and CEO, Larry P. Heard prior to migrating to a brokerage role.
