Kai Fuhrmann specializes in investment sales and leasing of retail and industrial assets. He is a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and Managing Broker in Washington. Kai’s career began when he founded a successful furniture design and manufacturing business, which he led from 2000 to 2018. While leasing properties for his business, he was inspired to enter the world of commercial real estate. He has spent the last seven years providing optimal solutions for his clients and credits his ability to prepare detailed market strategies and anticipate client needs to his entrepreneurial background. His trusted market knowledge and business community connections, combined with his cool-headed and analytical approach to each transaction, have earned him the trust of corporate investors, landlords, and tenants alike. Also being a “old-world” trained master woodworker, avid skier, and outdoorsman, Kai is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Members Institute (CCIM) where he is currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
