PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Justin serves as Senior Vice President of Brokerage - Land Services for the Houston office at Oldham Goodwin. As Senior Vice President of Brokerage - Land Services, Justin is responsible for carrying out the business functions associated with Oldham Goodwin’s existing platform for Investment Brokerage. Justin is a self-motivated team member who works in a close-knit, fast-paced environment that promotes collaboration between him and other members of the Brokerage Division. Before joining Oldham Goodwin, Justin was the Broker/Owner of Worth Commercial Real Estate from October 2006 to 2022. Justin specializes in acquiring off-market assets through aggressive techniques and has successfully represented clients in over $200 million in closed transactions. He has conducted regional site selections for Industrial, Hospitality, Multifamily, and Restaurant users and developers, developed and maintained a multifaceted marketing platform for acquiring listings across multiple property types, and successfully developed over $20 million in land and multifamily assets from concept to completion. Justin has a wide range of direct development experience with multiple asset types, including site selection, securing municipal entitlements, site design, engineering oversight, equity syndication, secured debt, contractor selections, development inspection, lease-up/presale marketing, management, asset stabilization, and disposition.
