Justin Rice Jones

Justin has been involved in the Cheshire and North Wales commercial property market since the early 1980’s having worked in Chester the majority of his career. Having completed an Estate Management course in Bristol and subsequently qualifying, Justin joined Beresford Adams in 1987 and soon became a Director of the Commercial Department. In 1992 he was part of the management buyout team which led to Beresford Adams Commercial becoming independent. Justin is involved in all aspects of the practice both agency and professional and has a particular interest in retail work, acting for clients such as Grosvenor Estate. Justin is a Fellow the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Registered Valuer. Outside of work Justin’s main passion is golf, working hard to reduce his handicap at Eaton Golf Club, Chester but is fast coming to the conclusion that he should have taken up the game at a much earlier age!
