Justin Noin

Justin Noin has been with the company since 2008, specializing in driving development, acquisitions, due diligence, and lease negotiations for commercial real estate assets. With more than 18 years of experience, and 15 years focused on acquisition, development and asset oversight at McKenzie Properties, Justin is responsible for direct oversight of a portfolio comprising 2M+ SF of industrial, office, and retail properties, housing over 170 tenants. As SVP, Acquisitions and Development, Justin oversees leasing, marketing oversight, staff management, tenant recruitment and retention, reporting of portfolio status and financials, contract and documentation compliance review, external broker relationships, and the management of RFP’s and tenant and capital improvement projects. In addition to his role at McKenzie Properties, he is a member of the Board or Directors of the Northern Nevada Chapter of the University of Southern California Alumni Association and also the Development Council for NAIOP Northern Nevada.
