Before joining STL Commercial, Justin served as a Retail Leasing Associate at INHOUSE Commercial from 2022 to 2025. During this time, he co-led a dynamic tenant representation team, successfully managing over $10 million in transactions and securing 15 leases in 2024. His experience includes representing some of Miami’s top-performing retail concepts, from Michelin-starred restaurants to nationally recognized furniture brands. In 2021, Justin worked as an Investment Sales Analyst at CBRE Miami, where he supported a nationally accredited capital markets team specializing in industrial and office sales across the South Florida MSA. Originally from Long Island, NY, Justin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami. Beyond real estate, he is passionate about Muay Thai, surfing, soccer, traveling, food, and spending time with his family.
