Morris Capital and Floyd Ventures: Wolflin Village shopping center has 159,500 square feet of retail space. Wolfin Village is located South of I-40 in the Wolflin District. The Wolflin District is one of the most prosperous and diverse residential communities in Amarillo. Wolflin Village has a unique collection of high fashion retailers, upscale boutiques, salons/spas and restaurants. Tenants include Office Depot, Sheplers, Starbucks, Talbots, Jersey Mikes and Five Guys. Williams Group: Tradewinds Village has 40,000 square feet and Shoppes on the Parkway has 20,894 square feet. Tradewinds Village is located at the corner of 34th and Osage St. Tenants include Northwest Texas Hospital, Little Caesars, and First United Bank. Shoppes on the Parkway is located off of Soncy through the West Gate Mall entrance. Tenants include Men’s Warehouse, Edible Arrangements and Wade Gordon Salon. Other Retail Clients & Projects Toot N’ Totum Food Stores has 92 stores in Amarillo and the surrounding area and is the leading convenience store operater in the Amarillo market. Justin Kite has represented Toot N’ Totum in site acquisitions, annexation, platting, zoning and TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone). Justin also handles the surplus of existing stores including sales, leasing, sub-leasing and/or re-development. Justin managed the full block acquisition for Toot ‘N Totum Food Stores in Downtown Amarillo. This block and subsequent platting and zoning provided the first major project to be developed under the new Downtown Amarillo Design Standards. Amarillo Plaza is a 15,000 square feet, retail center located at Coulter St and 45th Ave with Wal-mart as a shadow anchor.
