Justin is the Retail Market Specialist with Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializing in Retail Sales, Leasing and Tenant/Buyer Representations. He has been in the commercial real estate business in Amarillo for over 15 years and is involved in the community s well as the commercial real estate industry. Justin has leased over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout West Texas, specializing in Amarillo and Lubbock. Retail Lease Activity: Currently, Justin handles the tenanting/re-tenanting for six firms and over 10 major shopping/retail centers. Kimco Realty: Westgate Village has 344,000 square feet and Shops on Soncy has 142,892 square feet of retail space. Westgate Plaza and the Shops on Soncy are located on Soncy just South of Interstate 40 West and North of 34th Street. Anchor Stores include Conn’s, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Old Navy, Office Max, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, and Jo-Ann’s. Morris Capital and Floyd Ventures: Wolflin Village shopping center has 159,500 square feet of retail space. Wolfin Village is located South of I-40 in the Wolflin District. The Wolflin District is one of the most prosperous and diverse residential communities in Amarillo. Wolflin Village has a unique collection of high fashion retailers, upscale boutiques, salons/spas and restaurants. Tenants include Office Depot, Sheplers, Starbucks, Talbots, Jersey Mikes and Five Guys. Williams Group: Tradewinds Village has 40,000 square feet and Shoppes on the Parkway has 20,894 square feet. Tradewinds Village is located at the corner of 34th and Osage St. Tenants include Northwest Texas Hospital, Little Caesars, and First United Bank. Shoppes on the Parkway is located off of Soncy through the West Gate Mall entrance. Tenants include Men’s Warehouse, Edible Arrangements and Wade Gordon Salon. Gordon partners: Coronado Center has 49,930 square feet and is located at 34th Ave and Georgia. Woodcrest Capital: Avondale Center has 56,100 square feet and is located at Plains and Western just North of I-40. Burn’s Family Trust: Guylane Plaza has 140,000 square feet and is located in Dumas. 26th Mart has 38,059 square feet and is located at 26th Ave and Paramount. Southtree has 19,425 square feet and is located at 58th Ave and Western St. Stonegate Plaza has 170,000 square feet and is located Plainview. Hereford Corners has 60,000 square feet and is located in Hereford. Other Retail Clients & Projects Toot N’ Totum Food Stores has 92 stores in Amarillo and the surrounding area and is the leading convenience store operater in the Amarillo market. Justin Kite has represented Toot N’ Totum in site acquisitions, annexation, platting, zoning and TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone). Justin also handles the surplus of existing stores including sales, leasing, sub-leasing and/or re-development. Justin managed the full block acquisition for Toot ‘N Totum Food Stores in Downtown Amarillo. This block and subsequent platting and zoning provided the first major project to be developed under the new Downtown Amarillo Design Standards. Amarillo Plaza is a 15,000 square feet, retail center located at Coulter St and 45th Ave with Wal-mart as a shadow anchor. Justin represented the owner in both the purchase and sale of this center as well as managing the center for over ten years. Justin continues to handle the leasing of Amarillo Plaza.
