Justin Johnston

Justin Johnston has been a licensed real estate broker since 1995, specializing in office & Industrial leasing and investments. Justin has consistently been a top agent in Utah for Commercial Real Estate. Before starting his own brokerage, Justin was Managing Principal Broker and a Partner of the successful expansion of Berkshire Hathaway Elite Corporate Real Estate Advisors and an integral part of growing the Utah County Team. Prior to affiliating with Berkshire Hathaway Justin was a partner of NAI Utah (currently Newmark Knight Frank). Justin owned and managed Grubb & Ellis Utah. While at Grubb & Ellis Justin led the efforts of establishing and documenting a complete property inventory and data base of the Utah County Commercial Market. Justin has a passion for accuracy and detail. Justin has assisted with the assemblage, entitlement, land acquisition, development analysis and leasing of large mixed use office and housing projects. The most recent in Wasatch County a 90 acre mixed use project supporting the Park City and Heber area. He has assembled several projects of this kind along the Wasatch Front.
