Justin Holmes

Justin joined First Western Properties in 2006. Prior to joining the company, Justin was a student at University of San Diego. Justin graduated Cum Laude with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration. While attending University of San Diego, Justin played for the baseball team and also obtained his California Real Estate License and worked for a commercial real estate firm. Justin has significant experience and expertise in the leasing and sales of shopping centers. In addition, Justin has successfully helped numerous Tenants with their market growth strategy throughout the Washington and Oregon markets. A few of his satisfied clients include landlord representation for Donahue, First Washington Realty, RPAI, Harsch, and Powell. Some of his valued partners on the tenant representation side include Dave & Buster’s, Mattress Firm, Burlington Stores, and Bank of America. One of his most notable transactions was the Highland Hill Sale for $47M. First Western Properties prides ourselves in a “Team” approach. In his free time Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and 3 kids: Parker, Hadley, and Gavin. Beyond coaching his kids’ sports, Justin also enjoys skiing, golf, and travel. His favorite travel locations have been Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii.
