Justin Earley

“The best things in life are not things.” This is Justin’s constant reminder to himself not to take life for granted. Early on, Justin developed a passion for retail sales and leasing in the downtown submarket of San Diego. His expertise in negotiations and sales, coupled with his impeccable integrity, bilingual abilities and work ethic are key ingredients to having successfully closed over $70 million in property sales and lease transactions. Prior to joining Capital Real Estate Ventures, Inc., Justin helped found a local management company where he managed over 50 retail centers and apartment complexes that generated in excess of $1.5 million in revenues. Justin graduated from Northern Arizona University (NAU) with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is the father of two young boys, Kaisen and Jaxx. Justin’s free time is dedicated to coaching youth sports in which his children participate. Put me in, Coach!
