Justin Dinerman

Justin Dinerman is the founding principal of Dinerman Group. He has had a successful career as the Director of Leasing and Management for a large private real estate investment company. He developed a leasing program that achieved an occupancy rate of over 90% and was instrumental in doubling the company’s portfolio. Justin moved on to form Dinerman Group in 2010 to offer his services to a broader marketplace. Today, Dinerman Group has a portfolio of diverse real estate assets ranging from small retail spaces to significant corporate headquarters locations with tenants from a wide variety of industries, including retail, office, industrial, restaurant, medical, and government, as well as land. With more than twenty years of hands-on leasing and property management experience, Justin has a track record of securing valuable leases and turning around underperforming properties. Specifically, Justin has worked with tenants to expand their current space and has honed his ability to determine the best potential tenants to meet his clients’ needs head-on. Justin’s strategic thinking and creativity have been crucial to helping his clients reach and exceed their leasing and sales goals. Justin is also responsible for directing the company’s daily operations, including overseeing property management, leasing, investment sales, and finance functions.
