Julius Tabert

Julius Tabert is a First Vice President in CBRE's Northern Colorado office, specializing in investment property sales. Having secured more than 500 transactions in Great Britain, Germany and the United States, Julius brings over 25 years of industry experience and has closed more than 800 transactions, totaling over $1.5 billion. With expertise in finance, he advises clients in structuring complex real estate transactions, investments and 1031 exchanges. Prior to joining CBRE, Julius established Winters & Hirsch, one of the leading owner-run real estate advisories in Germany. As their Chief Financial Officer and head of the acquisitions department, he maintained a pool of approximately 2,200 national and international investors. Upon taking residence in the United States, Julius served as a broker and partner with Sperry Van Ness, The Group Commercial, LLC in Colorado. Julius is fluent in both German and English.
