Juliette Gruener

Juliette is the Director of Operations of STL Advisors, supporting the team through administrative, analytical, and research processes. She has a track record specializing on development sites and prime retail & industrial properties in the Miami urban core and Fort Lauderdale. Juliette graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics and Magna Cum Laude Honors. While getting her degree, she bartended part-time and had a number of CRE regulars who planted the first seeds of what would become a lifelong interest in real estate. She began working in property management and transitioned immediately into commercial investment sales, where she worked alongside Alex for several years. Having grown up in Miami Beach, Juliette is a Miami local who knows the city like the back of her hand. Outside of work, she enjoys trips to NYC, vintage fashion, the beach, cooking, and time with her cat.
