Julie Woodson

Julie is a Westerville native and began her commercial career in Operations and Development with a large restaurant chain in Central Ohio. She assisted with the design, build-out, grand openings, and operations of several restaurant locations, including new construction and existing re-configures. Julie was transferred to Arizona to assist in the opening of several new sites around Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. Julie received her Real Estate Appraisers License and worked as a Licensed Residential Appraiser in Arizona until moving back to Ohio in 2002. She joined HER Realtors Commercial Division and is a Licensed Commercial Realtor specializing in assisting small business owners, franchisees, and large corporations with the buying, selling, and leasing of office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and flex warehouse properties. Julie’s working knowledge of business operations and property valuations gives her the experience to source the right opportunities that bring value to her clients, offering exceptional service and dedication. She is a 2022 graduate of the Columbus Board of Realtors Leadership Academy program and a member of several trade associations and real estate boards in and around Columbus, including Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE), Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR).
