Julie Greene joined the CBRE Upstate NY team in 2016 as a real estate salesperson providing advisory and transaction services to a variety of clients. Julie is part of a local team that includes Shana Stegner and Sarah Cashimere-Warren, and is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate. Julie is the author of the local Figures report covering the multifamily investment sector, tracking and analyzing transactions and trends in the Buffalo Niagara region. As an investor herself, Julie is uniquely positioned to help those interested in the sale or purchase of investment properties. Prior to joining CBRE Upstate NY, she handled bookkeeping for her family’s investment management firm as well as the marketing and leasing of their rental properties.
