Julie Green

As a native of New Orleans, Julie has been looking at and evaluating commercial property since she was in middle school. She began to formally invest in, lease, and manage properties in 2012 and loves finding creative ways to re-examine a contract, a property, and any path forward to solve her clients’ needs. Prior to becoming an agent, Julie was in corporate sales for eight years. Because of this, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge in forging strategic partnerships. For example, Julie has previously partnered with hospital systems across the country and found unique ways to restructure various alliances between corporations. Interestingly enough, Julie also attended Tulane’s School of Medicine but soon realized that sales were a better fit for her. Julie is also an active member of the local New Orleans Jewish community, having previously served as a fellow and advisor with the Katz-Philips program, co-chair of JNOLA, and as a member of the Federation Board of Trustees. Julie currently resides in New Orleans, LA and enjoys spending her weekends with her husband and two daughters.
