Julie Gardner

Julie Gardner serves as a Principal of Real Estate for the Mid Atlantic Region at Katz & Associates. Julie assists our clients by identifying retail sites and land acquisition in the Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets. Her expertise lies in helping retailers and developers with their strategic planning, site selection and lease negotiations. She works with some of the top retailers and restaurants in the southeast including The Fresh Market, Francesca’s, Texas Roadhouse, Ford Fry Restaurants, Firebirds, DSW Shoes, Pet Supermarket, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Bath & Body Works and Foot Locker. Julie has been in real estate for 28 years. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, she was a partner at the Shopping Center Group. Julie is a licensed broker in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Julie earned her BA in Business Administration and Studio Art at Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 17 years and is the Carolinas State Director for ICSC.
