Commercial West Brokers tenant roster included many Fortune 500 companies, Casino Resort tenancy and large Retail shopping centers. Commercial West Brokers specializes in the acquisition and repositioning of underperforming real estate and real estate related assets throughout Las Vegas. Her most recent re-positioning of Lake Las Vegas Commercial sector was a great success. In addition to development, ownership and management of real estate, the firm's activities included private equity investing, commercial residential and multifamily management. Ms. Barbagallo began her real estate career in the late 1990s in Las Vegas. Julie was a Board member on the Montelago Village Association and currently serves on the Advisory Council of the SHINE foundation and Empowered Medical Media situated in New York. Her philanthropic interests are both local and national to include many Military affiliated foundations and charities. Julie was an Officer in the United States ARMY and a proud 22 year Veteran.
