Julian specializes in the sale of suburban office, neighborhood retail, flex/industrial and distribution warehouse investment properties, in the Maryland, Virginia & Washington DC Metro region. Julian has over 13 years of experience in investment sales and leasing brokerage and combined has completed over 250 transactions in excess of $420 million. Prior to joining Scheer Partners Inc., Julian served as Managing Director at Transwestern’s Bethesda, Maryland based Investment Sales team. In that role Julian provided investment services to Private owners and Institutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Transwestern, Julian served as Senior Vice President at McShea & Company, Investment Sales and was with the company for six years. He joined McShea as a leasing and sales broker in the Suburban Maryland market specializing in office and industrial property. During his six-year tenure at McShea, Julian completed over $90 million in sales transactions in the region. Julian has valuable strategic relationships with players in the Washington Metropolitan area that ensure the highest probability of success in any transaction. His relationships include all investors, tenants, government officials, appraisers, lenders, architects, attorneys, and title companies.
