Judy Nitzinger

Judy joined the Advisors Team (formerly SCM) in the summer of 2006. She is an experienced, licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has worked on the corporate level with REITs, and also worked as the leasing agent for the owner of 2.2 million square feet of office and industrial flex space in the DFW Metroplex area. Her efforts working with the owner resulted in low vacancy and high tenant retention. Judy, a Fort Worth resident, was born in Dallas and attended Mountain View Junior College and Vernon Regional Junior College. She is a member of NTCAR, Commercial Real Estate Women - Fort Worth (CREW-FW) and East Fort Worth Business Association. She has worked with a non-profit committee for the arts within a Fort Worth suburb to bring awareness to local talent and to help revitalize a stagnant community. As a partner in a local music organization, she is able to award scholarships to underprivileged and at risk children for private music lessons and workshops.
