Judi’s career in retail real estate spans over forty years in the Phoenix Metropolitan market. She is an accomplished retail professional and has closed over a half a billion dollars worth in transactions involving all aspects of retail brokerage including sales, leasing, tenant representation, disposition, and consultation. Her focus at ORION Investment Real Estate is to utilize her retail expertise and passion for providing superior service to the firm's landlord and investment sales clients. Her sales achievements include being a Top Producer consistently at DeRito Partners and CBRE where she was recognized as the only woman in the Top Ten in the Phoenix office, and was one of only two women who achieved the top 3% of sales professionals nationally at CBRE. Judi is frequently called upon within industry organizations to be an expert featured speaker or panelist. Judi is a consultant and advisor to shopping center owners who are seeking to maximize the value of existing properties and is known for her market knowledge, negotiation skills, work ethic and integrity. She has been an integral part of several big box re-leases that include a 100,000 SF former K-Mart to JC Penney, a former 104,000 SF Home Base to Costco Home Furnishings, a 76,000 SF PGA Tour Superstore from a former K-Mart, to name a few. She has also sold many retail buildings with or without a tenant in place. Judi has a passion for giving back to the community through her involvement in charitable, professional and civic, religious and political organizations. She has won many awards like Most Influential Women in CRE, national Globe St. Women of Influence, Phoenix Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business, Real Estate Forum Magazine's national Women of Influence, Women in Power --Commercial Executive Magazine and many more. She also created and still chairs the Cocktails and Clothes fundraiser which has grown since 1987 into a successful annual event. Her community involvement encompasses being the founding board member for Phoenix Rescue Mission’s Changing Lives Center, founding member of the creator and leader of Commercial One, a group of business owners and corporate officers of companies servicing the commercial real estate field. In addition she has served on the Valley Leadership Board of Directors for the Alumni Association, past President and Board of Directors for Charter 100, City of Phoenix Zoning Board of Adjustment as a member and Chair, City of Phoenix Housing Commission as a member and Chair, City of Phoenix Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors, Paradise Valley Planning Committee, a founding member of the Commercial Real Estate Women of Arizona (AZCREW)
