Jude Filippone

Jude joined Transwestern in December 1996. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Houston industrial market and his broker relationships are among the strongest in the city. Jude is involved in the daily leasing and marketing of the Houston industrial portfolio. Jude, a 4th generation Houstonian, has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate in Houston. He has completed over 800 industrial lease transactions on behalf of institutional clients while at Transwestern and has also been involved in the development, sale, and disposition of assets in the Houston Industrial portfolio. Recent notable leases include Frontier Logistics (300,000 sf), Builders FirstSource (275,600 sf), Awesung (239,000 sf), Amazon (238,000 sf), Core Labs (187,147 sf and 119,700 sf), Supply Chain Management (137,000 sf), Sharps Compliance (131,406 sf), and USA Gloves (114,450 sf). Jude also represented Ben E. Keith Company in the selection of an 85-acre site for a new 475,000 SF distribution center that serves the Gulf Coast region and is one of the largest employer in Fort-Bend County and the largest in Missouri City, Texas.
