JT Taylor

James “J.T.” Taylor specializes in office and medical office leasing and investment sales. J.T. has closed more than $41 million in sales and lease transactions. He has successfully represented owner/user buyers, institutional investors, developers, and high networth individuals to buy and sell office/medical office as well as represented medical office and office tenant and landlord leasing requirements. Prior to his career in brokerage, J.T. served 20 years on active duty in the Marine Corps and is a decorated Lieutenant Colonel who lived and worked all over the world during this time and completed multiple combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. J.T. brings key skills to brokerage from his service including a relentless work ethic, excellent communication, and an unwavering sense of integrity. J.T. is a third generation Arizonan, a graduate of Arizona State University, and a dedicated husband and father. He is also a sports enthusiast and an active member of his Tempe community, where he resides with his wife and two daughters.
