Born and raised in Tampa, JT specializes in industrial and land brokerage in the Tampa Bay Region. JT has experience representing tenants, landlords, and owner occupiers. Also, JT has completed several site acquisition assignments on behalf of tenants for complex build-to-suit transactions and industrial developers seeking land to build new product. JT and his partner, John B. Jackson, work together on all assignments, allowing them the bandwidth to provide excellent service for current and future clients. In the last 18 months, JT and John have completed 3.7 million SF in transactions totaling over $400 million in transaction value.
