JP Champine

J.P. Champine joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Southfield, Michigan, office division. As a 17-year corporate commercial real estate veteran, Mr. Champine has substantial expertise in tenant and agency representation. In this capacity, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of Newmark’s clientele. He is key in facilitating multi-market diversified account sector portfolio lease acquisitions, renewals and dispositions of office-medical and high-tech properties. He has conducted more than 375 transactions in excess of $500 million USD. Previously, Mr. Champine served as an Executive Vice President for twelve years with JLL and The Staubach Company prior to their merger.
