Joyce Frazier

Joyce Frazier has worked the Commercial Real Estate industry since 1983. She has worked with fortune 500 companies, community nonprofits, and regional to small business owners for over 30 years. Her long term relationships with her clients allows her the opportunity to know their business and the details that help make their business facilities maximize work efficiency and profits. Joyce represents Users and Landlords in providing commercial real estate needs in land, office, warehouse, investments and retail in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth market areas. Sales, Leasing and Management of commercial property are a few of the many areas of expertise. In Joyce’s spare time she has served on the “Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce” Board for seven years and served in many capacities including Chairman. She has served nearly two a decades with “Metrocrest Services.” She has Chaired the Annual Fundraiser for the first three years, served on the Real Estate committee twice for numerous years and now serves on the Programs Committee and proudly volunteers and supports this great agency. Mosaic, an organization that works in providing a more meaningful life to the Intellectually Challenged is another wonderful agency in Carrollton that she gives her time in chairing “Community Awareness.” Joyce is a graduate of Metrocrest Leadership and has Co-Chaired that organization and has served as Mentor for new members. Also to expand her expertise, she has spent over five years as a Commissioner on the City of Carrollton Planning and Zoning Board. CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) is another organization Joyce has given many hours of time serving, hosting and chairing since 1984. Joyce is involved in giving back to her community and volunteering; she is always ready to share with you on why she is so passionate about her community.
