Joy Intriago embarked on her professional journey as a Certified Public Accountant with PwC, Ernst and Young. After achieving success in the corporate world, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding several organizations that excelled in developing world-class training and certification programs. Joy’s diverse skills extend beyond the business realm. With a passion for renovations and home design, she collaborated with skilled professionals to create two homes featured in Florida Architecture magazine. Her expertise in real estate began in Florida, where she initially became a licensed broker before expanding her practice to Maine in 2022. In addition to representing the discerning buyer and beautiful lake home properties for sale, she is now focusing on Belgrade Lakes area properties that have potential for multi-family, farm or commercial uses.
