Joshua Young

Josh Young serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Cincinnati office, where he specializes in large industrial projects. Josh is part of a team that includes Si Pitstick, Clare Armbruster, and Connor Dougherty. Josh assists clients locally, nationally and internationally with all aspects of their industrial real estate needs, from their distribution and manufacturing network strategy to location selection, facility design and industrial asset acquisition/disposition. His services include the marketing of freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for sale or lease as well as the sale of industrial investment property and industrial land. He also represents clients in site searches and negotiations to either buy or lease industrial facilities, including build-to-suit projects. As an advocate for the companies he represents, Josh is able to minimize the time his clients spend on dealing with real estate issues. His superior work ethic and persistent attention to detail ensure that each client achieves the best possible economic and contractual terms in real estate transactions. The Pitstick/Young Team has completed projects in over 70 markets in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe on more than 100 million square feet of industrial real estate, values in excess of $2 billion.
