Joshua Singer is Vice President of Retail Leasing and leads the retail leasing division of the Heller Organization. With extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation, Josh can facilitate the unique goals a client may require in any given lease negotiation. His expertise comes from years of navigating the arduous New York retail landscape, working tirelessly to resolve the divergence in perspectives between landlord and tenant to finalize a lease. In his years in the brokerage business, Josh has cultivated a comprehensive background in retail lease transactions, and has earned a reputation with his clients for unparalleled service. Josh formerly served as Associate Director at Winick Realty Group LLC for six years. Throughout his career, Josh has leased well over 100,000 SF of prime retail space, completing deals with notable tenants such as Blue Mercury, Urban Outfitters, Ark Restaurant Group, Merchants Hospitality Group, Lenox Hill Radiology, Subway, Pure Health, Fay Da Bakery, Pret a Manger, and Good Burger. Most recently, Josh has been tapped to handle the leasing of the retail space at 2465 Broadway. Josh holds a double major undergraduate degree from Tulane University in Marketing and Business Management. He has previously participated in internship programs in Real Estate Development, Law, and Financial Management.
