ABOUT

Mr. Sands is a partner with Sandmark Realty, LLC. He began his real estate career in 2003 as the Director of Operations for Fortunoff, a regional retailer. While overseeing $75 million in revenue, Josh was responsible for working with retail giants such as Simon Property Group, Pyramid and Taubman. In addition, he worked with landlords and real estate agents in his search for new retail locations across the country. He identified and negotiated twelve major retail store locations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Praised for utilizing a team approach to achieve administrative goals, Josh earned an excellent track record of being able to coordinate and correspond with all levels of management. At Sandmark, Josh has successfully advised and negotiated transactions on behalf of a wide variety of tenants in fields that include retail, health care, legal and not for profit. These included start-ups and established firms, alike. Josh’s clients have been extremely satisfied with the results he has achieved in both renewals and relocations. Josh is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He was honored as a finalist for the Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award for 2009. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and is a former member of The Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York. Josh is a former member of the Board of Governors at the Pine Hollow Country Club. He is also the former president of his Business Networking International chapter (BNI) and is a member of the New Leadership Cabinet of Israeli Bonds. Josh also is an active member of the Professional Business Network Association (PBNA).
