Joshua Pardue

Joshua Pardue handles GNP’s capital markets activities, debt/equity procurement, and tenant relationships. Pardue and has worked on projects ranging in size from less than $1 M to the $100M range. Based in NYC and working with a top investment sales company, allows Pardue vast access to capital markets resources for the firm. Pardue brings vast transaction experience that involves the acquisition of more than a dozen properties and closing of over 150 transactions for nearly $1 billion in volume as an advisor or principal. Pardue currently has over $200M in current development projects and assets under management for GNP Development Partners. Additionally, Pardue has been featured as an industry expert in media such as The Wall-Street Journal, National Real Estate Investor, Globe Street and interviewed live on Clear Channel Radio. Pardue holds an MBA; a B.S. in Finance; studied law in Australia; completed NAIOP’s Developer Feasibility Analysis Program; CCIM Coursework and studied private equity placement and GL/LP structures.
